Signe Kukin appointed as Omniva’s new Chief Finance Officer and member of the Management Board

On 29th of July, Signe Kukin started in the position as Omniva’s new Chief Finance Officer and member of the Management Board.

According to Mart Mägi, Chairman of Omniva’s Management Board, a manager with a very strong financial background and a long track record in international businesses will be joining the company to support Omniva’s business strategy and vision. ‘Signe’s expertise in Bolt and large listed companies gives Omniva the skills we need at this stage of our development. It is a pleasure to have someone with such a wealth of experience joining the company.’

The new Chief Finance Officer will join the logistics company with the aim of providing Omniva with comprehensive financial support based on best practices. ‘Omniva has grown rapidly recently, focusing on increasing efficiency, growing international volumes, and improving profitability. I believe that my experience and skills in finance will enable me to make a significant contribution to Omniva’s long-term and profitable growth. I am confident that I will be able to support the company in achieving its strategic objectives and contribute to a consistent improvement in financial performance.’

Kukin, who most recently worked as VP of Finance at the tech company Bolt, has more than 20 years of experience in Estonian and international companies such as Ekspress Group and Merko Ehitus. Prior to that, she worked for the international group United Utilities in Estonia, the UK, and the United Arab Emirates.
