Omniva is Now ISO 27001 Certified
We are proud to share that Omniva has officially received the ISO 27001 certificate – a major achievement in enhancing our information security and risk management capabilities.
A Company-Wide Milestone
This certification confirms that our information security management system (ISMS) meets internationally recognized standards. It reflects a company-wide effort that began in October 2023 and successfully concluded with a certification audit conducted by Bureau Veritas in May 2025.
This wasn’t just a task for a single team. Every department contributed to building and aligning secure processes, handling documentation, identifying risks, and shaping a working ISMS. The result is a certified system that strengthens how we manage data, protect our assets, and build trust.
Challenges We Overcame
As with any large initiative, there were challenges. One of the most difficult parts was finding the right balance between compliance documentation and day-to-day usability. We also continue to address the dynamic nature of risk – managing, reviewing, and adapting to new threats as they arise.
Despite these challenges, we now have our first certified ISMS, and with it:
A clear, company-wide understanding of our information security responsibilities
Stronger control over risks and security gaps
A framework for ongoing monitoring and improvement
A culture that prioritizes data protection and operational resilience
