From 1 September 2025 – New Mandatory Data for All Air Shipments

From 1 September 2025, new EU aviation security rules will require for Omniva to confirm to relevant authorities, that we have full knowledge of both the sender and receiver and the parcel information for all shipments (excluding letter items) transported by air (EU and non-EU). Omniva will start collecting data already from 28.08.2025. If you registered the parcel before 28.08 but plan to hand it over after that date, the shipment may be stopped.

Therefore we are obliged to ask to all customers to provide:

Sender and recipient’s full name, address, and contact details (including phone number).

A detailed description of the parcel contents.

Private customers must be logged in to register (e.g. in My.omniva) in order to register an international shipment.

Valid photo ID for the person delivering the parcel (if handed in at a post office or collection point)

Parcels containing goods without complete data cannot be accepted for air transport.  Letters are not affected.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
