Omniva remains among the most loved brands in the Baltics for the fifth consecutive year
Technology-driven international logistics company Omniva has been named the fourth most loved brand in the Baltics in the 2026 Baltic Brand Forum ranking. The result marks the fifth consecutive year that Omniva has ranked among the four most loved brands across the Baltic states.
The annual Brand Capital study measures people’s relationships with hundreds of brands across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. In this year’s Baltic-wide Most Loved Brands ranking, Omniva placed fourth.
“Being among the most loved brands in the Baltics for five years in a row is a meaningful recognition for us. Trust and preference are earned through everyday experiences – every parcel delivered, every customer helped and every problem solved. This result therefore belongs to the entire Omniva team across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania,” said Martti Kuldma, Chairman of the Management Board of Omniva Group.
Omniva also ranked ninth among the Most Humane Brands in the Baltics for the second consecutive year. This ranking reflects how people perceive brands in terms of social responsibility and care for society.
Omniva is continuously developing its parcel services through technology and innovation, making delivery more convenient, flexible and closer to customers. This includes agile self-service tools, crowd delivery and autonomous last-mile solutions, as well as the continued expansion of its close-to-home parcel machine network. Omniva is also developing AI-based route planning and dynamic pricing to make its logistics operations smarter and more efficient.
“Our ambition is straightforward: to make sending and receiving parcels as convenient and reliable as possible. Recognition like this tells us that people notice not only what we deliver, but also how we do it. It gives us a good reason to be proud – and an equally good reason to keep improving,” Kuldma added.
The Most Loved Brands ranking is part of the annual Brand Capital study (research was executed from June to July 2026, 3,031 economically active residents of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania aged 15–74 participated in the study).
A “brand lover” is defined as someone who considers a brand one of their favourites and would definitely choose it the next time they purchase a product or service in the category.
